In the beginning of 2006, the Air Sofia Dinevi Company, part of the Dinevi & Co. group, launched the construction of apartments and houses on the golf courses in Sliven and Ihtiman. Some of the residential properties will be available in Ihtiman as early as the middle of 2006.

Over the last years there has been an increase in the interest on behalf of foreign clients to purchase apartments on golf courses . Currently, Bulgaria has three existing and operating golf courses.
