The “Dinevi Group” Construction Company was established in 1989 and specializes in the implementation of investment projects related to the design, construction and sale of luxurious villas, hotels and residential complexes.
Dinevi were the first to introduce the construction of closed-type holiday villages and are currently the leaders in this field with a turnover of over 1,000 apartments annually.
The company specializes in turn-key projects.
Designed and built to four and five star standards, the apartments are intended for year-round use. They are purchased by Bulgarians as well as by foreigners from the UK, Germany, Spain, Denmark, Belgium, Ireland etc.
The clients obtain notarized title deeds for the ownership of the apartment and of the ideal shares of the land, while the rest of the infrastructure remains in possession of the company providing maintenance and security all year round.
Complexes and hotels with the “Dinevi” trademark are located in Sveti Vlas, Slanchev Bryag (Sunny Beach Resort), Burgas, Pamporovo, Sofia, Mamaia (Romania) etc. An impressive list of projects marks the 20-year history of the company – over 60 (sixty).
Located on absolute beachfront, the holiday villages offer all necessary facilities for a comfortable and carefree stay – restaurants, shops, bars and cafes, lushly green courtyards, swimming pools, playgrounds for children, guarded parking lots . All apartments have views of the sea and offer a spacious living room with a kitchenette, one/two bedrooms, a bathroom and balconies. They are also equipped with air conditioners and are cable TV/Internet ready.
