The port will be equipped with heeling for letting boats off, a special  Italian crane(unique one for Bulgaria),   for boats with loading capacity 40-50 tons.

According to plans there will be workshops, services for the maintenance and the repair work of yachts, shops with spare parts, accessories, equipment, etc. There will also be dining places, health service for medical help, business building, which will be holding offices serving the needs of the port. The building will also contain Customs, “Control Access Point”, border Police, port administration, halls for business meets and press conferences. Next to every yacht lot there will be a supply for water, electricity, telephone, cable TV and Internet. In addition, part of the port will also be the sanitary premises, baths, public laundry, small bank office, a recreation center and a fuel station.

The construction of a device with the ability to hold the everyday waste waters of the yachts will be built, so that the surrounding area of the port stays clean. The security will include physical guards and monitoring. The building of the port will be carried out in two stages:
 
1st Stage, Port (marine) hydro- technical construction (already started), which contains: east, west and south surrounding mole, north quay wall and additional land territory. The area of the north quay walls and the additional land territory is around 25 000 square meters. Thus planned, this hydro-technical construction forms a port with protected surrounding territory of nearly 40 000 square meters, which will also contain six floating lots for tying the boats. The first stage will be over in the period 15-30 May, 2006.

The second stage will include serving constructions in the additional land territory. The beginning of the second stage will be the 1st October 2006 and the end is planned for the end of May, 2007.


The peculiarity in the building of this port is in the fact that it will be the first in Bulgaria to be built from a private investor with 100% of private investments as well. The first port in the Black Sea complying with the International demands for that type of activity. During 2007 we hope “Marina Dinevi” will be included in the catalogue for the best yacht ports in the world.

We already have the positive indications for the realization of this hope- the project “Marina Dinevi Saint Vlas” won one of the most prestigious awards for investment projects- the Benley Award. The award was in the nomination of “Marina” as a best project for the year 2005.
