The L-shaped four-storey building is situated on the beachfront. The terrain is flat with high underground water, which explains the lack of underground facilities. The floor area is 1,900 m2, the gross floor area is 7,300 m2 with an adult/kid swimming pool of almost 140 m2.

There are three residential floors. Access between floor levels is provided by two stairways. The building offers apartments ranging from 32 to 94 m2, including one-, two-, and three-room ones.

Some public facilities are located on the ground floor due to the building’s key location: a reception area with all necessary premises, a lobby bar, a restaurant of 382,49 m2 with two halls, luxurious shops and offices.

The “Messembria” Complex offers water areas for relaxation, sports activities and entertainment (swimming pools for adults and kids) in a lushly green inner courtyard. Attractive alpineums composed at carefully chosen spots add to the beauty of the greenery.

The Messembria holiday complex is literally buried in natural greenery; the deliberate planting of some exotic types of trees will add a new touch to the local flora.

The complex re-creates the atmosphere of the Old Bulgarian architecture with its characteristic features: spacious balconies on the first floor, narrow windowpanes, wide eaves, oriels facing the street and the inside yard, high stone walls with towers, wooden gates, rails and staircases.

Odessos is the name of one of the most ambitious investment projects of the Dinevi Group in Romania. It is located on the Romanian Riviera, in the Mamaia Resort in the northern part of Constanta, and is Dinevi Group’s second complex in the resort.

The rectangular plot of land is situated at the end of a lushly green park, right next to the bank of the large Siutghiol Lake and only 170 meters away from the Black Sea waterfront. The plot is relatively flat and is located above the beach which enabled the architect to design a semi-underground facility with parking spaces for as many as 60 cars.

The L-shaped building with eight residential floors and one semi-underground level has a floor area of 320 m2, a gross floor area of 7,600 m2, and an adult/kid swimming pool of almost 70 m2.

The complex has a reception area with all the required facilities, a lobby bar, a restaurant of 200 m2, a night bar of 60 m2, as well as luxurious shops and offices.

There are six residential floors. Access between floor levels is provided by an elevator and stairways. The building offers a total of 75 apartments ranging from 45 to 85 m2, including one-, two-, and three-room ones.

The building has an underground parking lot and an open-air parking area for 60 cars. If necessary, more open-air parking spaces can be provided.

Both the exterior and the interior of the building have a pronounced modern look with sophisticated materials such as glass, aluminum, color paints and plaster.
